Ownership
All final designs become the property of the Client, having unlimited and royalty-free use of the designs upon payment of all fees. Kirk's Kreations retains the right to display those designs in their portfolio and advertising materials.

Disclaimer
The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text furnished to Kirk's Kreations for inclusion in the design samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another organization. The Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Kirk's Kreations and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.

Eligibility Requirements
By registering as a Client, you represent and warrant that the information you include as part of the registration process is complete and accurate and, if you are registering on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. Kirk's Kreations may accept or reject your registration in its sole discretion.

Termination
Kirk's Kreations reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate Client’s access to all or a portion of the Service, at any time, with or without notice.
